Anything promising your deposit will multiply on its own is a scam.

1. About FirstBlock. FirstBlock is an educational crypto product for beginners. The practice portfolio and games use pretend money and points for learning only — they have no monetary value and cannot be wagered, withdrawn, or converted to cash.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use crypto services in your country.
3. Deposits. Deposits are made in cryptocurrency to the wallet address shown for your chosen network. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network — funds sent to a wrong address or network may be lost permanently. Your balance is credited only after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
4. Welcome match. The welcome match is a one-time promotional bonus (capped at $20) added to your first deposit. It is a bonus credit, not a guarantee or interest. The match is not withdrawable until it unlocks: it unlocks after your deposit has been held for 30 days, or sooner as soon as you make a second deposit — whichever comes first. Before the match unlocks, only your own deposited funds can be withdrawn.
5. Withdrawals. Withdrawals are requested in-app and reviewed and processed manually by our team to the wallet address you provide. We may decline or delay requests we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms. Processing times vary. You are responsible for the accuracy of the withdrawal address and network.
6. Points & games. Points are earned for learning and fun. They carry no monetary value and cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged.
7. Risk. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money. Only use funds you can afford to lose. Nothing on FirstBlock is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
8. No guarantees. We provide the service "as is." We do not guarantee profits, returns, uptime, or that the service will be error-free.
9. Acceptable use. You agree not to use FirstBlock for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to exploit the welcome match or any feature through multiple or fake accounts.
10. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
